Help please!! Dont know what to think anymore!

Ok so I went for blood test this morning cause my AF is 17 days late, I basically have all the pregnant symptoms. So they just called me back and said it's negative but they picked up that my thyroid is underactive ( onderaktiewe skildklier) Sorry hope someone understands Afrikaans.. I never had it before and my health was always in good condition... My AF up to this point was always regular. Just want to know if someone went through the same thing, and is there still a possibility that I can be pregnant?
