At what stage do you ‘feel’ pregnant?

Hi seen lots of faint positives on here.. congrats! I just wanted to know at what point the positives on here actually felt different and any signs etc. 
TWW is sooo long and I convince myself I’m not each month before I know for sure. 
Like I wait for all the signs, implantation bleeding, sore boobs etc but maybe I won’t feel this until after I know if you get what I mean 
Can anyone share their views? Thanks! xx

Same. I don’t know what it feels like to be pregnant but I always convince myself i am not. And so far I have not been, I just wonder are some girls completely surprised by a positive?

5 pregnancies. Only symptom w 4 of them was missing period. I’ve had “symptoms” while ttc this time & wasn’t pregnant lol. W my last baby, (she is STILL a handful at 18 mo!) I had sore boobs one day. I never get that w period or other pregnancies. I was putting my bra on & thought, hmm.. that hurts. Felt like i had done a bunch of pushups & I hadn’t. A few days after implantation I started feeling nauseous. It ended up being a hg pregnancy & I was very sick, started vomiting all day around week 6... Had to be on meds whole 37 weeks. But the others, I didn’t have true pregnancy symptoms until about 8 weeks.
