Would they be able to see fetus on imaging scan for abdomen 3rd trimester?

This sounds a little crazy but I had a crazy thought that I might be having a cryptic pregnancy after this girl told me all about it.

I’ve had dozens of negative tests over the past few months and also have Nexplanon while simultaneously on combo pills.

Just wanted to see if they’d be able to see it as I’m having imaging done on my abdomen today. Like if it was that big could they also see it?
