My longest period ever!!😭😭

Im 17 and got my mirena iud on November 1st and started my period November 3rd. Which it was supposed to come October 23. This period has lasted now 10 days And counting with a very very light flow almost like spotting. Usually my periods only last up to four days. Is this normal?? has anyone else experienced this?? My boyfriend and I have had to be extra cautious having sex this time around of this because of my bleeding
