Does this look normal

Does this look like a normal diaper rash? Or should I call my daughter’s doctor? I been using cream every change and it still looks like this. She has more spots inside her crack, and it was bleeding a couple days ago but not anymore

My daughter had a diaper rash that was hard to heal. I really had to make sure her bottom was completely dry before putting cream on it. I used my hair dryer to dry it completely, after every diaper change. Change her more frequently too while trying to get it healed up. Triple paste works best for us. You could also try calmoseptine

My mom used Boudreauxs butt paste and corn starch for my daughters rash and it cleared it up but I’d contact the pedi just to check

Looks normal. Try using coconut oil. It’s natural and should work better than any other cream. That’s the only thing that works on my sons bum.
