Facial hair and a cold sore

I spent my weekend in the desert and it lead to excessively dry lips andddd then a cold sore. Tf?!? Everyone in my family has them so I’m pretty sure it’s just a thing but I have never had one before. Then I notice (because I’m all up in the mirror horrified by this thing) I have a fing mustache?!? Lately I’ve been crying a lot I’m about a week from my period. Yes there is a chance I could be you know pregnant. But my real concern is I blew my fiancé last night could I have given him herpes? No my man didn’t cheat on me. Could I be going through a hormone imbalance? Am I dying?!?
