I have a girlfriend

I have a girlfriend she just turned 16 Anyway I was just wondering how do same sex couples have a baby in the future. Like I know you can adopt a baby or get a sperm donor or use your partners eggs but I want to know the process of all that how does it work... and what is optimum I’m the one who wants to get pregnant one day and I know that can’t happen naturally with her. Someone please explain.
