Vitamin supplement list, opinion needed
To aid SO's sperm motility... Should this be enough or are there any other fab vitamins out there??
We had an argument with my doctor who tried to push IVF almost instantly for the money which was insane. Were not ready for something so emotionally difficult & invasive, it is however plan B in the next few years if all else fails! I am wanting to conceive naturally so i can pay my doctor a nice visit and shove my BFP up his nose. I look forward to your opinions fellow ttc'ers!!
