Closed system is what you want as far as more sanitary. You want to avoid open systems. I have a Spectra s2. It's very quiet and works well for me.

Spectra S1! It's got a battery so if you can't be near an outlet to pump it's not a big deal. I exclusively pump and love mine

I would recommend the Spectra S1. I loved mine and it’s also portable which is a plus! Just charge it and then take it with you.
