Symptoms lasting?

When does this severe fatigue and these crazy headaches leave?

This is my first pregnancy, I'm at week 12. The fatigue and headaches are getting worse. Does it ever die down?

My morning sickness has gotten better, but everything else is worse. 
At this point I'm bedridden for 5 days a week, and can't go without naps on the "up" days. 
I can't get anything done. I'm so lucky I'm not working right now, ha! ;/

Is anyone else experiencing this?

The fatigue should subside... It came back with a vengeance this week for me (week 33). The headaches, sadly, never went away 😳 my doctor said that some women will have them through the whole pregnancy and some won't.

I didn't start getting more energy until about 18-20 weeks. And all I noticed was that I didn't need to take naps every day like before. I'm still always exhausted.

I'm 13 weeks and just getting over the extreme exhaustion that's come upon my life. It's almost like clockwork, we're supposed to get our energy back 2nd trimester and lose it again in the third. :)
