Help or advice

So I was on a progesterone only birth control from April 2017 till about March 2018, ever since then I’ve been off of it and my partner and I have been having unprotected sex but yet nothing has come of it.. around June of this year my period had been late by about 21 days but when I had an ultra sound done all it showed was a 4cm cyst on my ovary my period then started shortly after. This happened once again in October, 24 days late etc. I’m kind of worried there’s a change this cyst could cause problems in trying to get pregnant... what should I do?
