swollen and itchy🤕

my boyfriend got mad about how during one of our breakups i fucked on of his homeboys,so when he came over he wanted to get me back for what i did and it was absolutely amazing!! however, i didn’t notice that he was rubbing really hard because it was just feeling way too good. that night it was incredibly swollen and i couldn’t even get out of bed to go tell him goodbye. after that the swelling went down but the itching arrived about 2 days later and it hasn’t stopped yet being in the 2nd week. it hurts to pee because everything i do it stings from scratching it so much and it becomes swollen from it being scratched. i have little to no odor just incredible soreness and itching. pls tell me what to do, or should i be worried about it?

ps. my vagina has not looked the same since that night
