HCG levels

So my doctor is sending me for more blood work, HCG levels are not going up the way they should be, I am 7 weeks, this will be my 3rd pregnancy, has anybody else have this happen to them, where there levels don’t go up. I had ultrasound last Friday November 9 and it showed a heart beat.
