10 Year Old Charged as Adult in Infants Murder
My personal opinion: all of these adults and the system failed her. Either way, any 10 year old would know that stomping a baby’s head in is completely wrong, so she should be punished - just as a child. She’s not an adult and shouldn’t be treated as such. She should spend time somewhere where she may get the repercussions and the help she needs.
