is this a sign of pregnancy?!!!!

Hey everyone. I am on the nexplanon implant and have been for almost two years. and i haven’t got my period since august. this is normal for me as i usually have huge spaces in between them. but i usually have no warning signs of a period it just comes. so my discharge is usually very minimal. i get a normal amount of clear discharge everyday. well today i’ve been having so much discharge. this has never happened to me before. i’m 19 so i know it’s not puberty. it’s all clear with no order and not particularly sticky. just like my normal discharge but in large amounts. my underwear have been feeling soaked all day. i’m scared as to what is going on. thanks :)
