Nervous

So I had my period October 31, November 1&2. Normal period like usual. Yesterday 11/12 I passed a small blood clot when I had gone to the bathroom (never had that happen before). Today 11/13 I started bleeding with a period again. My tubes were tied January 2011 but doctors said there could be a small possibility of becoming pregnant again. I’m nervous cuz I’ve never dealt with this before. Wondering should I see what ob/gyn dr takes my insurance or wait and see if this just passes over?
