Telling spouse/family the good news?

Curious! How did you tell your significant other that you were pregnant? And family?

I've already decided how I'm telling the hubs. I have this onesie tucked away. Gonna throw it amidst the clean laundry and ask him to fold.

I was going to make pancakes for my hubby and tell him, but I ended up burning the pancakes and crying and it was just a mess. We actually miscarried that time and so after trying a while when I got pregnant, I purposely burnt a whole plate of pancakes and took them to him in bed and he immediately knew and it ended up being twins!

I have a onesie waiting for my husband in the drawer that says "daddy's little steelers fan". Now if I can just get pregnant while football is on lol

My husband is a huge gamer, so when I get my BFP, I'm going to get a game case and make a slip cover for it that says " New Adventure Game" then on the inside it's either going to say " Player 3 loading" or " BabyCritchfield wants to join your party," with the pregnancy test.

I bought a onsie that says 'my daddy's tattoos are better than yours' that I plan on giving to him oncewe officially conceive.
Been feeling nauseous with massive migraine for the last 3 days. But my ovulation week just ended yesterday so I don't think it's pregnancy related.

I have a little shirt for the dog that says "Big Brother" and when I get my bfp I'll have the dog sitting at the door in it when hubby gets home :)

Family background - I'm unofficially adopted and call them "dad and Lauren"...pretty much they've been there thru Hell and back with me. She's a second mom to me. Anyway, their youngest boy is 5 and just started kindergarten. I plan to have a family meal and have him count the number of people at the table then tell him he missed one!  Lol I think it'll be so sweet!

Omg too cute!! I was hoping the be preg by the holidays and tell our parents at our holiday celebrations. They would be very very surprised. We shall see if it works out that way!!!  dk how I would tell my husband, the onesie idea is awesome tho!! Keep sharing your ideas ladies, so I can steal them!!  :)
