Pregnancy + Smoothies?

They just recently,  as of Wednesday opened up a Smoothie King in the town where I work.  What are your inputs about drinking smoothies from here while pregnant.

They seem healthy but most have a TON of sugar. You're better off making one at home.

I had one today, it was the angel food.  
It contained strawberries,  bananas,  and soy protein ... It was delicious. I was going to add some multivitamin to it,  but didn't want to over do my vitamin intake, since I'm pregnant and taking prenatals

Make sure you know what supplements are going in, if you get anything beyond fruits, juice, yogurt, etc

I would just be careful of the calories. They can be surprisingly high. I make mine at home so I know exactly how many calories I'm taking in.
