Help our cat is stuck in a tree

Our cat has been missing we’ve already posted to Facebook, went driving around and walking on our land. Finally i went deep deep into the woods and looked for him and he started calling out, I thought he was injured and couldn’t move but no he’s in this tree and he’s crying and too scared to come down.

Those set of glowing eyes, that’s my baby guys. And Im not sure what to do. I called the fire department and they did not answer. Would it be insane to call the non emergency police?

Edit 2 they told me that the cat can come down on its own and there’s nothing they can do and I now have a boyfriend climbing a tree to save a cat

Keep in mind that it’s 21 degrees outside and my man just climbed a tree in the dark to save the cat 😭😭😭

Now he’s telling him he can’t climb anymore trees 😭

Ugh my baby was freaking cold and hungry and stuck and crying. I’m so happy we got him back
