Feel Free to post things you've used or heard about on TTC. Its been 8 months since mc of triplets and no luck! I have a retro cervix but I'm a Lil concerned why I haven't conceived ..... Options? Plz I'm 22 married I feel like seeing doctor although I have to wait a year. Lol 8 going on 9 is pretty close...

Also orgasim can prove to help aswell but try to hold off until yr partner as finished as it can help push sperm up into yr cervix xx

Prenatal vitamins really helped me and doin opks 2 times a day and after baby dancing I lay flat with my hips raised slightly for 10 mins did this all in my last month ttc n my lil boy wa born 38 weeks later x
