If you’re on a budget but you want to be sexy, I recommend yandy. They’ve got some super cute stuff in a range of sizes, and they tend to have a sale going. The quality isn’t great, but I’ve got four outfits from them and I really like them. 
I’m a bigger girl, and I’ve heard that Hips and Curves is really nice as well as Edition Elle. 
Victoria secret is trash. Overpriced and cheap.

It’s as good as you can expect it to be realistically. It’s not super cheap but it’s not fine silk etc lol.
