Shaving nick

I've nicked myself shaving in the downstairs what must have been 2-3 weeks ago and didn't really notice at the time other than a sting which I assumed was sunburn (I was in Egypt) since there was no blood, so I didn't treat it in any way.

It didn't really show up too much at the time and I thought nothing of it, but now its slightly raised and almost resembles a bruise. I don't really have any experience with this stuff but is it anything to worry about? (Yes, I did internet search, but it was mostly scary stuff about infections in different situations.)
