Missed Ovulation?

I got a positive ovulation test on Wednesday morning but when we tried to have sex that night my Hubs couldn't ejaculate. The last time he ejaculated was Monday night and then was able to this morning. Do you think I missed the window of opportunity? Should I try again tonight even though FW ends today? A lil concerned and don't want to stress too much :(
