Needed to vent

I’m 20 years old and I have a daughter I had her at 17 and after I had her I had no problems with anything everything was fine . I just recently gotten married to my husband the light of my life and we were discussing the topic of having kids , he is totally in board with everything so I had went to my ob to see was everything okay for to start ttc & I got completely devastated . I found out that I have pcos and I don’t know anything about it . I don’t know how to break the news to my husband without crying my eyes out
