How do I get it in?

So when I’m about to insert a menstrual cup, what position does my body have to be in. Am I sitting on the toilet with my legs apart or do I need to stand or be in a specific position?

I’m usually, for the most part squatting because it is easiest for me.

Honestly I found inserting while on the toilet really hard so I wipe well and squat low in mid air (not on the toilet) to insert. That might help you if doing it over the toilet is difficult

I mostly sit on the toilet to put it in sometimes I’ll stand with one leg up but it’s really whatever is comfortable and easier for you
