Not if it was actually a period, if it was period-like bleeding only then yes.

I say yes just because my friend had what she believed to be a period for 4 days when her period was due and then missed her period the next month. We went to the doctor 3 days after her missed period and she was like 8 or 9 weeks pregnant. They said some women get what they believe to be periods but really they’re not. I forgot the name he gave it.
