1st trimester headache remedies

Hi ladies,

I am 10w 3D and I’ve had a headache for the past two days. I have been taking 1 Tylenol pill every 4 hours and don’t want to continue as it has done nothing for me. I get headaches regularly and usually have to take a lot of medicine for them to go away, but obviously can’t do that now. Anyone have any luck with another medicine or any remedies to try?
