I got shingles when I was 20. I was in college and doctor said it likely a result of excessive stress in someone my age. I also have anxiety so it makes sense lol

Did you consume any raw fish lately like sushi perhaps?

Did you get the chicken pox vaccine or were you exposed to someone that recently did?
There is a correlation.

I had shingles when I was 16, it was super random! Doc said from stress and low immune system at the time. Mine was on my lower back on the side, sounds like right behind yours. Hopefully it goes away soon!
