I am currently 10 days late, I’ve been having slight dull cramps in my lower abdomen, I’ve also had sensitive nipples (but I’m not sure if it’s from nipple play) and I still have negative pregnancy tests. Yesterday there was a faint line but today shows a complete negative. I have hypothyroidism and I’m not sure if that has an affect to it. I naturally drink lots of water, in fact it’s all I drink and I read that it can dilute the tests. I’m not sure what to do
