Help 😭 I’ve been feeling like it’s more of a chore now that we’re actually tryinggggg for a baby together 😩 I find myself reaching for a tall glass of wine to even be in the mood anymore 😔

I feel like stopping trying will help. Like of course you’re still trying but don’t think of it as you’re trying to force yourself to get pregnant if that makes any sense. I feel like that puts pressure on your mind and body. Like of course have sex on your ovulation days but think of it as, you’re not really trying but you’re not stopping it from happening. I hear that helps for a lot of women

Do things you haven't done before. Role play, handcuffs, new positions, massages. We have the Kama sutra board game and we love it!!
