No one told me until it was too late lol
I never ever knew that breastfeeding caused “contractions/cramps”.... While I was in the hospital, I started having them and asked them and I had also been pumping and trying to get my baby to latch and such and the nurses told me that’s part of breastfeeding.... but my question is does it last forever?? 5 days PP and still having cramps a few minutes after a pump session, still pretty intense ones as well.
