Is stress bad?

If so what can you do to relieve it. Im thinking of just getting some time away from everything any advice will do thanks.

Freaking naps girl. I love them! And then warm showers. Those are nice too. Especially right before a nap.

Well, yes, stress is bad, and it's good to research things to ease your stress, but it's also important to know that the normal worries and stresses will do minimal harm to the baby. I had a really hard time with my last pregnancy because they found something on my baby. I hated it when people would tell me "don't stress about it. It will only hurt the baby." They simply didn't understand what I knew. My baby was fighting for her life and lost at 22 weeks. It wasn't anything I did, and it couldn't have been prevented. And it's insulting for people to warn about stress like that because it indicates that it was my fault and it's just simple not a factor in what happened to my baby. 😔 Sorry to be so morbid, I just have been getting frustrated with people telling me to relax for the baby's sake.

Stress is bad. Time away sounds great - but even the simplest things such as making sure to breath deeply into the stomach can help lower stress levels. Walks are great too.
