What are your symptoms at 10 weeks ?

My doctor told me it’s very common for symptoms to die down at 10 weeks. I’m still in the thick of it in week 7 and she was trying to give me hope 😄. She said a lot of her patients contact her at week 10 to say their symptoms are nearly gone.

When I was 10 weeks the only symptoms I had were sore boobs/nipples, increased cm, and tiredness. My symptoms have been coming and going since 9 weeks but I hear it's normal.

I'm 9 weeks & tbh its more of boobs hurting and feeling a bit sick after eatinh & oddly since this is my 3rd pregnancy its like I am getting cravings randomly lol that's about it .

This makes me feel a little better. I’m wondering if what I think are symptoms are in my head lol I’m gagy but I’m like is that from being pregnant or is it in my head lol my boobs don’t hurt as much as they use to, my nipples only hurt when their hard and I rub up against something.... I feel so worried that something bad has happened. It’s my first pregnancy I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow
