My midwife is suggesting induction at 39 weeks, thanksgiving day. Her concern is that my uterine fluid level is at the very top end of normal and baby has flipped twice. She’s currently head down now but they’re worried about her cord wrapping around her neck or her becoming breech before I go into labor naturally. I have always been against induction because of the chemicals and also the horror stories from other moms. But I also don’t want to be selfish and wait if there’s really a chance she could be in danger. Please give me some advice. Any other moms been induced? What was your experience? TIA
