What are things you can’t do while breastfeeding like foods or meds you can’t eat and take??

Spicy foods will make your milk taste bitter.. 
Other than that my LC told me diet has little to do with milk.. we talked about how women in third world countries go days without eating or only eating what they can and they still produce healthy milk for their babies

Foods that commonly tank supply are parsley and peppermint. I don't take medications, so I can't help you there. But avoiding pills is almost always the right call. They tend to just cover up symptoms instead of healing you. Rest, water, and good nutrition will do far more good for you.
