I go a few days without washing my hair, 2 days at most.

I had washed it last night. I washed it again tonight because it was tangled and frizzy because I hadn’t brushed it before bed.

Have you ever seen a baby with very bad cradle cap? How the dead skin is just coated on their scalp? That’s what I found o my scalp while blowdrying my hair. And I went in with tweezers parting my hair and like peeled dead skin off my scalp and put dandruff shampoo over it and just scrubbed it in.

The weird thing is, I use dandruff shampoo every time I wash my hair. It’s something that I noticed a few weeks ago so I got the shampoo but this was disgusting and I don’t know what to do to prevent it from being that bad again? The weather here straight up went from 75 down into the 30s within a week and idk if it’s because of the dry and cold weather or what
