Just curious of everyone’s story! How did you know he /she was the one?? 
My boyfriend and I have been best friends since high school and been dating for 2 years now! 😍

I know it sounds so cliche but when I met my boyfriend I literally saw him and in my head the first thing I thought was “you’re gonna marry him one day!” 
We’ve been together a year and a half and he’s truly a one of a kind human and treats me so incredible it’s hard to put into words!
We met at my best friend & his brothers wedding and we walked together as bridesmaid and groomsmen! We’ve been inseparable ever since!!❤️

I had prayed for a long time and God answered.
Truthfully, I didnt like him. For eight months, he never gave up on chasing after me. And I can recall never giving him the time of day. It was until one day my heart just opened and I fell in love with him. I couldn't explain the feeling even til this day. It was the weirdest thing. It just felt right.
Been together six years now and are still head over heels in love with each other. We met in college so basically my college sweetheart. 
I truly believe that you will know if they're right. The heart speaks.🙂

My man and I have actually been acquainted for about a decade (he and my big brother were really good friends)
As kids he thought I was weird for never paying attention to him like every other girl and I thought he was stuck up 😂 so we weren't friends. One night on a group camping trip he suddenly pulled me out my seat and looked me dead in the face and said "why are you so afraid of me?" The truth was, I grew up with an abusive father and never had the chance to make friends and develop the proper social skills so I preferred to keep people at a distance. I went back to my tent and cried after that. I was 13.
Fast forward 6 years, we hadn't been in touch since that night. He joined the military and was moving around a lot for work, I ended up getting married. I was living alone with an abusive husband, no family to turn to for help. Last Christmas I finally reached my breaking point after learning my husband was cheating and I was dealing with his crazy family drama. I had a few drinks, locked myself in the bathroom and cried so hard I started laughing. The next morning I was going through my phone and noticed I had a new conversation with this same guy I knew as a child. It turns out, in my very worst moment my subconscious turned to the one person that ever made me feel safe (the same reason I had been so wary of him). I had almost no memory of our conversation so I read through it and was so embarrassed. Guys, this man stayed up with me until 2am just listening to me as I went through my whole shitty life story. I was so caught of guard that this pretty much stranger would do that for me.
Needless to say however our tall gave me the last bit of strength I needed to leave my narcissistic ex and sometime in February I text him to say thank you. We started talking more and decided to catch up with a few friends at a movie. Right before we were supposed to meet all my friends cancelled. I told him what happened and his response was "it's all good I already got your ticket so we can sit together." I wasn't sure how to greet him when I got there, but since we had kind of known each other forever i decided a hug would be fine. The second he reached me he picked me up and spun me around the same way my brother did when we were all kids 😍
After the movie we drove around a bit and talked. Then as he's driving me home (a friend had dropped me off) it started to snow and within minutes the roads were ice and we were sliding all over. He turned to me and said "I don't want to scare you but would you be ok staying at my house tonight?" And I agreed, it was definitely not safe to drive and his place was 5 minutes away. He set me up a bed on the couch in his room and we didn't fall asleep until 4am we got so deep into talking. 
We ended up enjoying each other's company so much I stayed the entire next day. That night we ended up having our first kiss, and it was AMAZING I'm not even kidding my whole body and soul felt that kiss. we knew then we were going to be together, there wasn't anything we could do about it.
We are now engaged to be married as soon as he comes home from his deployment 💕 we have been inseparable since that night and he is truly my best friend. 💗😊

I will join other ladies and say that I just knew and felt it in my heart and soul that he’s the one 😁 I just felt like I’ve known this person my entire life and like we are meant to be together.  I felt very comfortable and secure with him, he became my best friend instantly. He felt the same about me. You just can’t confuse this feeling with anything else ❤️

Yea I just knew when I met him and saw him for him. I became so attracted to him and knew I wanted him only. Now i know he is the one for me bc he fights for me and works to make our relationship work like i do
