I dont know if this is anexity or what but it happens randomly even if im perfectly fine. I have terrible anxiety issues. Ive been through a lot. I watched my sons father die (4 yrs ago) in my house waiting for the paramedics to get there. Ever since then ive never been the same, but this one feeling i get i cant tell if im having anxiety or something else is going on. It kinda feels like your stomach dropping after driving down a hill, but in my chest and I'll get a few episodes of this at a time.
