Loose poop can be normal.  Does your baby’s poop normally look like that or is it more seedy?  My daughter’s poops are more seedy lately, but we did have looser diapers like the pic.
You probably want to talk to the ped about the blood.  My son had something similar where it looked like he had red strings in his poop.  We were told it was anal fissures.  He pooped really forceful, so that diagnosis seemed to make sense.
Blood in poop can be other things like allergies...so your situation could be completely different than mine.

It looks like some thing irritated her tummy with those red streaks. Did you eat some thing new/different recently? Or she might have a little stomach bug. Does she seem sick in any other way?
