Nausea, worried?

I was getting nausea/morning sickness for a good 3 weeks but the last week it jst completely stopped. Should I be worried?

exactly happened to me at 6 weeks, then 7 weeks came and my god it’s been everyday 😁 don’t worry the sickness will come back
