What birth control do you have?

I'm thinking of getting birth control and i don't know what I should take. Of course every body is different and reacts different but what do you take and what are some pros/cons? Do you recommend?
Edit: I am not sure how long I will be taking it. I would prefer something that is best at preventing pregnancy and easy to use. I wouldn't mind taking a pill every day.

Well what are you lookin for? Long term? Short term? How good are you at taking pills?

pill 👍 best part is if you hate it, you can immediately stop it. it took me a few pills to find the perfect one but i love the one i have :) very easy if you just set an alarm.

I’m on the pill and have been for 3 years. I just set an alarm and never miss or take them late. it’s easy to take if you just remember to do so and actually want to remember

Most effective ones are an implant & IUD, they’re both over 99% effective and are long term. Implant lasts 3 years and IUD lasts 3-6 or longer depending on which one you get.
I have an implant & have had it for 9 months, the onnly side effects I’ve experienced are spotting and not having a period (haven’t had one in 7 months which has been great ). Birth Control does affect everyone differently though, a friend of mine got it and has just been bleeding, she bled for 2-3 weeks got a week off then started bleeding again.
