Possible Preeclampsia?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant.

I've got swollen ankles and feet

My hands and face are swollen.

I've been getting headaches and blurred vision

High BP(usually 90/60 but recently been 140/90)

I leave imprints when pushing on my swollen ankles etc

Protein in urine

I've got pain below my ribs yet the doctor's have taken bloods and said I don't have pre eclampsia....

Things don't seem right and I've started getting pains in my pelvis and baby has been moving a lot more like very big erratic movements. I have been into triage so many times this pregnancy and keep getting told nothings wrong. I don't want to waste their time but I'm worried about my baby.
