Do you think it worth trying Preseed to concieve?

Please share your experience. I am strungling ttc for 2 and a half years.

I tried preseed and it resulted in a missed miscarriage due to a partial molar pregnancy and the baby has trisomy 21. Currently pregnant and did not use preseed and everything is okay. Preseed is known to lead to miscarriages because it supposedly helps the unfit sperm reach the egg causing a miscarriage or chromosomal abnormalities.

I had a similar situation.. I used preseed in July and conceived. The pregnancy had to be terminated on Oct 30 at 17w2d due to Trisomy 13.

Got pregnant using preseed within the first month. Baby passed due to chromosomal issue. My body was 15 weeks pregnant and the baby was 10w3d. Doctors and I thought the whole time I was supposed to come up on 12 weeks pregnant.
