I need your help, please read

Yesterday I posted a very obviously positive test (first pic) that was taken at 4pm. This morning I took another test and the line is very faint (bottom pic) ...I did get up 4 times in the middle of the night and peed, but I didn't think that would matter because I took yesterday's test in the middle of the day. Google is freaking me out that this might be an ectopic pregnancy?! I'm not bleeding, have no crazy pains, but I do feel feverish. Please please tell me it's just too early or something... 🙏🏻
