Please help... BC//PLAN B

Please don’t get on me I know it wasn’t a smart idea i wasn’t planning on it , but ok so I’ve been on birth control for about 3 days now (taking the pill) and last night I had unprotected sex (he pulled out) but yes I’m aware the pill doesn’t work for another week or so after starting it. Is it even safe/ should I take a plan b please be honest
