Super late

So I'm new to ttc, and this is our first month trying. I supposedly ovulated around the 26th of October, and BD the 27th. Have BD a few times, and had to start antibiotics and prednisone for a sinus infection 3 days ago. I'm a week late starting AF. Multiple BFNs though. Including this morning. Even had bloodwork done 8 days ago, and negative results. Now I'm just annoyed. I want a BFP or AF. I just want answers. I have another gyno appt Monday morning. Hoping for something before then.
