3 month old baby ques

Hey guys my baby is 3 months 15 days today he is on exclusive breastfeed formula once in a day at night he is throwing up quite much since 3 days but seems to be fine playing and he is active does it seems to be a concern? Checked with the weight also he is gaining weight well
