Gender at 13 weeks?!

During my NT scan my tech said she was almost certain I am having a boy. I was 13w3d at the time. The potty shot does look like a boy. Do you all agree? I thought 13 weeks was too young?

Yeah ultrasounds are always only 75%  accurate and even less with early on stages. Get blood work done. It's 99.9% and can find out as early as 11-12 weeks

I've heard of Tech's being able to tell that early! Obviously you want to double check later on, but it looks pretty obvious. I know you have to be careful because girl parts swell but that doesn't look like swollen girl parts to me :) we are going to take a try at 15 weeks next week! Hoping to see the same thing you did :)

At 11w4d we saw this nub. Def not the cord or a limb!  Looking like a baby boy 😁

My doc said he's 99% sure I'm having a girl at my 13w3d ultrasound. I felt the same as you... What he showed didn't look like a girl or a boy. It will be interesting to see what he says at my next appt.

I just went for my nt scan Monday. Baby measured at 13 weeks. Sono showed almost the same exact thing. My husband basically jumped out of his chair with excitement haha.
However... Tech said it was still too early. It could be the chord or hand or anything. So she told us it's just a guess from what she could see. So we aren't about to go buy little boy outfits just yet 😉

I wouldn't buy any clothes yet until it's confirmed. It could be the umbilical cord too!
