Anyone else’s baby get impatient waiting for letdown? My baby sucks, pops off, cries and starts over until milk lets down

My girl just started this. It’s frustrating because I know she’s hungry, but she pulls off and cries, sucks for 10 seconds, pulls off and cries again, and so on. Ugh 😑

Mine jerks her head back, drives me nuts.
Also, when the flow slows down she gets frustrated an pulls back

Apparently it has something to do with the milk being more regulated at around 3 months or so I’ve heard. So they have to “work” more for the milk than before. My son has just started being like this and I’ve noticed I’m not leaking as much as I did before.

Sometimes my son wouldn't mind working for it other times he would get really inpatient so I used to hand express just before so he didn't have to wait as long.
