Headaches and logging it
When I logged my headache and sleep to say (6hours)
The log gave me insights: stating I need to stop sleeping on my back and sleep on my side strictly that at 10 weeks that laying on my back caused pressure to organs and what not and could hurt the baby .. could me sleeping on my back really cause headaches ?????
